Available in 500, 250, 150, and 60 ml (cc) capacities, these automatic Single Point Lubricators (SPLs) eliminate the manual effort and variability associated with traditional bearing greasing. Designed for continuous duty, they operate 24/7 without interruption and are engineered to perform reliably in extreme environmental conditions.
All RFID models incorporate embedded RFID tags that interface with inspection software to provide accurate asset identification, service verification, and complete maintenance traceability. The system also enables the generation of structured maintenance task lists, supporting consistent inspections and proactive servicing.
RFID Plus & Flex
The RFID-Plus represents the next evolution in performance and control. Featuring a 6th-generation smart control circuit and patented enhanced gear mechanism with laser sensor feedback, it delivers highly stable output pressure and precise lubrication even in demanding applications. This advanced design effectively overcomes challenges such as long extension lines, small grease nipple diameters, and high-viscosity or thickened greases.
Additional capabilities include pre-warning alerts for abnormal grease pressure, multifunctional three-color LED status indicators, and onboard memory storage that synchronizes with equipment power on/off cycles. Available in a 500 ml configuration, RFID-Plus is engineered for extended service intervals and higher-duty applications.
For operations aligned with custom maintenance schedules, RFID-Flex provides the same core features as RFID-Plus, with dispensing cycles configurable for weekly operation.

- Easylube RFID units are available in 500, 250, 150, and 60 ml (cc) sizes, with configurable weekly and monthly dispensing settings.
- Cartridges are filled with the grease of your choice, allowing the use of advanced grease formulations without added system penalties — only the grease cost difference is reflected.
- Electromechanical units provide significantly higher reliability and dosing accuracy because they are battery-powered and use geared drive components, rather than gas-, chemical-, or spring-driven mechanisms.
- Easylube RFID units are proven to perform reliably in harsh Australian conditions, including high winds, rain, dust, and extreme desert temperatures.
- The drive unit’s LED indicator flashes red (and other colours for Flex and Plus variants) at defined intervals to signal conditions such as grease depletion, low battery, abnormal pressure, or feed blockage.
- Install kits are available for remote mounting (up to 4.5m away), providing a quick and safe way to service drive units located at difficult-to-access or hazardous grease points.
- The cartridge connection thread is manufactured from durable BPA Flex 1/2″ (M) material, providing significantly greater strength and resistance to breakage compared with competing 1/4″ (M) thread designs.

Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous goods. Easylube RFID drive units must use only Easylube-certified, specifically approved 6 V lithium batteries. Use of non-certified batteries can cause electrical instability, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Catmacs Connect software supports online and offline operation, making it suitable for low connectivity environments, and is compatible with RFID reader devices including Android tablets and mobile phones.
